CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: July 28, 2025 Applies to: All appointments with Rachel Suzanne 1. Cancellations To respect other clients and my time, I ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.    •   More than 24 hours in advance: No cancellation fee    •   Less than 24 hours’ notice: 20% cancellation fee    •   No-shows or same-day cancellations: Will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. 2. Rescheduling    •   You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.    •   Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the same fees as a cancellation. 3. Late Arrivals    •   Please arrive on time for your appointment.    •   If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. A fee may still apply. 4. Card on File    •   To secure your appointment, we may require a credit/debit card on file. Charges are only made if the cancellation policy is violated. 5. Cancellations by Salon    •   If we must cancel your appointment due to stylist illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule, and no cancellation fee will be charged. ⸻ Need to cancel or reschedule?
